Quantum Decision Lab provides a web-based platform for exploring possible outcomes of business ideas, strategies, and decisions using simulation and probability modeling. Our quantum-inspired approach helps users visualize multiple potential futures before making critical decisions.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the service for lawful purposes and not attempt to disrupt or abuse the system. This includes refraining from automated scraping, attempting to bypass credit limitations, or using the service to generate harmful or misleading content.

Credits and Usage

The platform operates using a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when users perform actions such as running simulations, generating Future Maps, or asking the AI Advisor questions. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon each qualifying action.

Limitation of Liability

The analysis and simulations provided by the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. Users acknowledge that all business decisions involve inherent risks, and Quantum Decision Lab does not guarantee any specific outcomes based on its simulations.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime when possible.

Intellectual Property

All content, simulations, algorithms, and visual elements of Quantum Decision Lab are protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their input data but grant us a license to process it for providing the service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email.
